Vince Delmonte Scam? The Truth About No Nonsense Muscle Building
This is a Vince Delmonte review. If you’re looking for the site for the actual program, you can get to that here.
Like all these shady things you can find on the Internet, I became aware of a muscle building program that was supposed to turn a skinny guy into a buff guy. My original thought was: Vince Delmonte muscle builder scam!
Now, personally, I’ve always kind of been a wimp. Yep, I admit it. And, chances are a lot of you are in the same boat; otherwise you wouldn’t be interested in this to begin with.
Anyway, after thinking “Vince Delmonte scam” when I first wanted to buy the product, I quickly felt at ease and ended up making a great decision in buying it. Let me explain why now.
First, the main people who cry Vince Delmonte scam are the people not willing to put in work. Yes, you do have to motivate yourself for this program to work. There is nothing you can do that will give you muscle by sitting around all day. You work at these instructions, they produce. Pretty simple.

Anyway, Vince Delmonte’s program is scam-free, but there’s a firm money back guarantee for anyone who really feels like they didn’t get their money’s worth. This is absolutely true since Clickbank handles all of the payment processing for products and guarantees a refund if you ask for one within 60 days. It works just like Paypal protects purchases on Ebay.
As I intended to, I bought the product again right away. They passed my initial test when I tried it out for a week, and they passed the 2nd test by being an easy to talk to company, willing to give your money back and talk to you about questions at any time.
What was left? Well, I had the tools, now I had to do it. Thanks to the program, I actually started accomplishing things at the gym. I felt the workouts working, and the scale and mirror showed me the results. The motivation comes naturally once you get your first taste of how you can accomplish the body you want in so little time.
No Nonsense Muscle Building was a little expensive, but if you’re like me, I wasted that money in a week with miracle pills or supplements that did nothing. It’s a one-time purchase, and I got my money’s worth within a week. In tough economic times, this beats buying the latest new health and fitness thing every month.
Vince Delmonte claims you can gain 10 pounds of muscle in 2 weeks. Personally, I only gained about 6-7 pounds in that time, but everyone will vary. A friend who goes to my gym bought the program as well and he told me he gained 12 in 2 weeks.
Anyway, Vince comes off a little strong on his website I link you to when buying the product, but for the most part, he’s right on the money. His workouts and routines are pretty cut and dry, and it’s a little funny how he pokes fun at the techniques we all hear about from other places that really make no sense at all.
See more about his workouts here on the No Nonsense Muscle Building site.
The best thing is you don’t need anything special. The food is basic, the workouts are basic, and there’s no need for supplements. It’s funny how the workouts seem so basic (you start to wonder why you never thought of this before), yet the results are unreal. It’s one of those motivational/discipline things, and the way he goes about it couldn’t be much better.
The final results for me doing this for close to 6 months were great. I worked out approximately 3-4 hours a week with this. I went from about 155 lbs at 5’11” to 175 lbs. My body fat lowered, but I gained noticeable definition in my abs, pecs, and just about everywhere. I feel much healthier, I’m stronger and, although the girls aren’t draped around me like his pictures say, I have a lot more confidence.
You can see some more before and afters like this on the Vince Delmonte download page.
I’m never going to be a ladies’ man, but what this program gave me was confidence in myself. That confidence gave me the best girlfriend I’ve had in my life, and I never would have had the guts to talk to her previously. It takes a lot more than a nice body to get the girl of your dreams, but without confidence in yourself, you’ll never go far.
Once I landed her, I knew that Vince Delmonte’s program was not a scam. What it did for me is made me bigger, healthier and helped bring me my future wife (marriage date is set for early next year). Thank you Vince Delmonte, and I’m sorry I ever thought it was a scam.

Hi,
I am from India. Can you help me ?
Hi, I have just began my 52 week training program. i bought both the 6pack questupgrade and the Vince Delmonte muscle building.
I think Vince is one of the few honest people with integrity selling things on the internet. I first heard about him when i read the Men`s Health big book of exercises, where he devised an trainig program. I would like to make a connection to another huge business that are after some of the same customers. Pick Up Companies (PUA) shall learn men to mett attract and seduce women. 90 percent of them offers expensive often 300 dollars FOR 3 days bootcamps and expensive dvds and audio recording to teach these men how to talk with women. In reality the men gain programs with little content and often overanalyzed confusing advice. Although there is some people with integrity like Neil Strauss. i can se a clear link between this and the scams of the bodyboulding industry. Just one example, today i saw an ad for Nitric Oxide picturing a ripped man that said you could get like him in 4 weeks using nitric oxide. It is good that we have honest and trustworthy people like Vince Delmonte that can cut trough the scams and bullshit and tell the real truth.
Help you with the fact you live in India?
